How do you upload a photoshop photo into your myspace photos?

okay, i have this photo which i edited in photoshop. i'm trying to upload this photo onto my myspace (myspace photos), but when that browse box thing pops up. i can't seem to find it. :| i tried to open this photo with "paint", but it won't let me. (i can only open this photo with photoshop.) how can i upload this photo onto myspace?

In Photoshop go to File, Save As.  There should be a little drop down box where you can save the file type, save it as a .jpg file.  Then make sure you save it in a place you can find it, like your desktop or a folder you know the location of.
