How do you upload a "single" pic from a zip file?

I want to upload a pic, but when it gives me the option to browse, it gives me the whole zip folder. How do i get one single pic to load without loading all of them ? any help would be appreciated. many thanks

You have to download a "zip" software. I use 7-zip, it is very user friendly
