If you want to upload a brand new torrent you have to got to your bittorrent client's window in the "file" menu click new torrent, select which files to host and then upload the newly created ???.torrent file to a bittorrent tracker.

If you want to seed a file - (download a file and then redistribute it to others) then just leave the torrent running. (most bittorrent clients automatically seed)

Btw I'd recommend using utorrent - http://www.utorrent.com

The torrent is right alright :)

as LayZ stated, i too would recommend utorrent.com. i get my torrents off  of mininova.org. they pretty much have everything =)
