  1. WMM supports .avi, .wmv, .mpg, .asf video.

    Make sure if your video is compatible with wmm.

    If not, some video converters can help you, like wondershare video converter, which can convert popular format video to each other.

  2. You have to upload to your computer first

  3. If you got a usb, your computer should detect the camera in the windows movie maker. click on file and capture video. Make sure the camera is on and connected properly.
