How do you upload pictures from a coolpix S550 camera?HELP?

i have a dell windows XP computer.

i have a Nikon coolpix S550 digital camera.

i tried to install the CD that came with it but it didn't work.

now i don't know how to upload my pictures!!

Get a card reader that can take SDHC cards. Connect it to your computer and download the images directly from the camera's memory card.

The memory card will mount as an removable drive, so it's just a matter of transferring the image files to your computer.
