How do you use Cream eye liner??

You have to use an eyeliner brush.

If you are using a stiff flat headed one, you walk it across your upper eyelid.

The one that looks like a lipstick brush almost you use it like a paint brush.

Personally, I like the flat headed one. Smashbox believe it or not makes a really small version that fits in the cream liner compact that I really love. It's tiny but it works great.

Wow! I never heard of cream eyeliner. From the picture it looks like eyebrow liner

and just smudge it close to the root on the top eyelid as possible or smudge on the bottom to get a softer look

oh u need an angular thin brush u dab the tip in the eye liner apply a thin line as close to your lash line as possible for the most natural look the way u would apply pencil or liquid eyeliner i use cream eyeliner all the time and i think its great it usually can be purchased with the brush i have a cream eyeliner from h.i.p it came with the brush to apply it hope that helped
