How do you use Total Nail Rx?

I bought the Total Nail Rx Rescue Me system. It says to use one coat of the toughen up and then the rock on. Do you use it every day? Do you take it off and then re-apply every day or do you just keep applying? Stupid question I know.

just use it when you feel like you want to wear it. Use your brains^_^
