How do you use a MDS File?

I have downloaded Football Manager 2008 off Mininova.org, the file within the RAR Archive file is a MDS file, I have found out this is a Disk Image File, but how can I use this? How can I use it so I can play Football Manager?

Download either "Daemon Tools", or "PowerISO", these will let you create "virtual drives" with which you can mount the MDS file (usually accompanied by an MDF file too... Really straightforward so don't worry...
