How do you use a money order on ebay ? My parents wont let me use their credit card.?

ask the seller for their mailing address. Get the money order. I suggest using a postal order. Some sellers don't take other kinds. Check with them if anything.

Then you mail it to them.

Ask the seller if they accept them. You would mail the money order to the seller and after it proves to be a valid money order the seller will ship your item.

You have to first make sure the seller will accept them.  It seems these days most people use Paypal so perhaps see if you can link it to a bank account if you have one or see if there's another way of putting the funds in there for yourself.  If you have cash, you can purchase a prepaid credit card, put the funds on there and then use it as if you have a credit card, which you now do.
