How do you use graffiti on a Palm Centro?

Question

I had never heard anything about it until I saw it on the Palm site and I found on my Centro "Graffiti 2" which is the up to date version.... So it's installed on the phone but no one can use it? I don't understand

Ive never heard of it, but have been looking for something like that. If you go to the palm site, they have a free chat to talk to personnel, they are super helpful!
