How do you use klappar plocka beads?

i just got these beads and they didnt come with any instructions, so i dont no how to make them stick together.

These beads are supposed layed on a special underground with standing up little points, one for eacht bead. Then when you are satisfied with the figure you have made, you put some baking paper over it and iron them together. Let it cool of and get it off the underground, which can be used again.
