How do you use picasa to...?

change one part of a black and white picture to color?

you cant on picasa

but use photoshop express

its free =]

and its tons easier than picnik i tried it

just go into the editor

and hit color pop

and click on the color you want to pop

and that part will be color

and the rest willl be black and white =]]

You can't with picasa.  Try using www.picknik.com

go to www.picnik.com

click "get started now!" It may take a minute to load

click "upload photo" and upload a picture

It will then upload your picture

When it is finished, click the "Create" tab

Click "black and white" on the left

Then paint over the part you want colored

Click "apply"
