How do you use poker dice?

I got some of these in a Christmas cracker and they've sat on my desk for ages, but was wondering how you're supposed to use them? Can anyone help?

Hi!! yes i can i have a set  Each person in turn throws the dice and the one who can claim the best poker hand is the winner, and picks up the "POT" if you have put money on the table. Or you can let the first one throw, then wager that you will beat it with your own throw. there can be several variations so have fun and see what you can come up with.
