How do you use the Fiskars Circle Cutter??

i tore off the package and now im clueless on how to use it.

I have never used this one before, but it looks like you need to adjust the arm to the desired shape of your circle. If you use the guide that came with it, you lay that over the object you can to cut so you can see where to set the cutter. Then remove the guide once you have the size set. You are ready to cut your shape out.
