Remove the Upper Strip from the protective packaging and apply the gooey side to the surface of your upper set of teeth.

You are minutes away from a brighter smile. Remove the Lower Strip from the protective packaging and apply the gooey side to the surface of your lower set of teeth.

The toothbrush is a handy helper. While standing in front of a mirror, take the backside of your toothbrush and smooth the Whitening Strip down so it lays flat against the surface of your teeth.

A clean wet Washcloth will come in handy. Use a wet Washcloth to wipe the outside of your mouth if needed.

Keep track how long you need to leave the Strips on for. Set your clock for 30 minutes and watch the time.

Rinse your hands of any Whitening product. Wash your hands thoroughly after you have applied the Whitening Strips.

Wait 30 minutes for the Strips to take their full effect.

Rinse your mouth out thouroghly. After 30 minutes remove the strips one by one, discard the strips, then rinse and brush your teeth.
