How do you use the Scourge in Starcraft the baord game?

Question

It has no combat cards but the sheet that shows all the units says it has a special attack vs air units. I cant find any where in the rule book that tells me how I use it.

thei are anti air units only

they can only attack other flying units and they are suicidal: they die when they attack but the result is devastateing
