How do you use the app store on the iphone?

hi, I was wondering how you download some things on there like game because everytime i try to download a game, a box pops up saying, "enter account information" and that includes your user name, and password.

how do i know what my username and password is?

also, i jailbrock and unlocked this phone meaning that I hacked into the phone, and do not have a contract with at&t. i used my sim card from my samsung cell phone which has a plan under at&t. will the phone company(at&t) find out if i download something from the app store? thanks!

Your username and password are the same for your iTunes account. As for downloading apps on a jailbroken iPhone... I'm not too sure about that.
