How do you use the pokemon modifier ar cheat?

i keep discarding the same amount of masterballs to get an elekid but nothing i just keep getting arceus if you know how to stop finding arceus and how many masterball i need to toss away to get an elekid PLEASE TELL ME!

ok  first u need the right code then press L+R at same time the go to your bag

and in the items slot there should be 493 master balls.  Toss away how many master balls the close your bag...    dont press anything until your at the tall grass but not in the grass.  PRESS L AND L ONLY!hold down l then go walk around until pokemon apears
