How do you use the "Photoshop Actions" from Deviant Art?

I use Photoshop Elements 6 and I wanna use the Photoshop Actions aviable for download on deviantart.com but...i don't know how. I can download them, but I can't figure out how to use them.

Help will be much appreciated. ^_^

  1. Elements does not support Actions - sorry, You will need a full CS version to use those DeviantArt actions.

    That's one of the things that is different and why Elements sells for less than CS3.
