  1. This sounds like a really painful way to tighten the v****a (not to mention it probably won’t actually work)! There are plenty of better (perhaps even safer) ways to go about it. The best way to think about it is that the v****a is really just a series of muscles working together to open and close when necessary and control all the functions that go on down there. It is a lot like any other muscle group of the body, and you can certainly work out to make it stronger. Makes sense right? There are plenty of simple exercises you can do. You need to find yourself a good routine of kegels and get some sort of book etc. that will give you more and more advanced routines so that you can build your way to a tighter and stronger v****a.     There definitely won't be a super easy way to do it, but the exercises is probably the easiest and certainly the most natural way to do it. Lots of times this is what they will recommend to you after pregnancy, that is where I got the idea and I've been doing it ever since.
