  1. Anger i scream out loud...if i'm alone. Otherwise i tend to treat people like c**p. Also writing songs about how im feeling makes me feel better. Or eating chocolate. Yum :D Oh or if im pissed cause im bloated i walk like a sumo wrestler in my house...ya i kno.


  2. I've always found it most helpful to do something physically demanding. Go for a run/bike ride/lift weights/cardio. Anything to help you work off some steam. I also really like to keep a journal of how I feel when I'm really upset and what I do to resolve it. This helps me not make the same mistakes twice.  

  3. The best well I deal with them is I put on the radio and clean.  

  4. try screaming into ur pillow for anger in your room and i guess crying it out wen ur hurt
