How do you veto a trade in fantasy baseball on espn.com?

On the league home page, and on the upper right column you will see something outlined in red saying something like "Trade Alert". Click on "Trade Review". Then you will see the trade and below it, it will say "Approve trade" and "Veto trade". Click on the dot next to "Veto trade", click accept and your done.

Ive never played on ESPN. There isnt a veto button? Maybe its not a veto league. Email the Commissioner that you do not agree but dont veto unless its really unfair.
