How do you vote on Yahoo answers,(not thumbs up or down)?

I know how to igve ppl thumbs up and down, but I dont know how to vote.

On the "Answer" page there are three tabs, one for answer, one for viewing resolved questions and a third one for voting on questions. You want to click on that third one.

that is voting, when your at level 2 you can vote with the thumbs

click on Answer. in the top centre.  Then look at the green tabs.  One says Vote Undecided Questions (3rd one over)  click it.  Voila!

Pick a question and then you will be given all of the answers.  Click on the blue button next to the answer you want to vote as the best answer.  The current voting results will then display on the next screen.
