How do you wash a walking cast?

need to wash my walking cast REALLY bad! It smells horrible, and i can smell it when it is on! Ew! lol Thanks for the help guys!

depending on what type of walking cast u have, u should be able to take out the padding and throw it in the washer with MILD DETERGENT and let it air dry NO DRYER...

for the plastic hand wash it with dish detergent and warm water

You can&#039;t wash out that smell.  It is from the inside of your cast.  Call your doc and see if you can get a new cast.  Casts get really funky after awhile from all the sweat, inability to wash off the shedding skin and if there was any blood in there after the cast was put on, old blood.  So it&#039;s up to your doctor to help you out here.

I had a walking cast too. You need to take out the fabric insides and put them into the washing machine. If you just have someone do it for you because you cant walk with out it i guess because i couldnt.
