How do you wash dishes?

Right stupid question I know, but I'm 15, home alone, just came back from a long walk and I'm starving and the pan I want to use is dirty, HOW do you wash dishes?

What has your mother/guardian been doing for the past 15 years of your life?  This is something you should have been taught years ago.

i like to hand wash mine.

Plug up one side of the sink

Start filling it with warm-hot water

Add soap so bubbles form

Submerge your dirty dishes in the water

Scrub them clean

Rinse with clean water from the faucet

Dry

plug up one side of the sink with hot water put soap then put the dishes in the water scrub the dishes then rinse with clean water and dry

OMFG this is probably the stupidest question I have ever seen.  

I wonder if you have had other questins like" How do i wipe myself?" or "I sneezed what do i do now?"

You are 15 and don't know how to wash the dishes!  Either you come from some serious money, which I doubt.  Or you and your parents are complete idiots.  

I am thinking the latter is true.  Even if the question was a joke, i still think the latter is true.
