How do you watch TV?

Are your eyes fixed?

Do you look at the characters?

Do you look at the whole picture?

Do you use peripheral vision to notice the background?

With a potato chips on my left hand and remote on my right hand.

I watch it from the left side of my computer monitor on the other side of my living room. Then I lay on my sofa and let it put me to sleep at night, but I try to avoid the subliminals and whatever weird frequencies that our govt puts out to control us.

I sit on the couch, and watch tv. i guess ive noticed that i watch the character's faces while they're talking, but i take in a quick sweep of the background and what's going on behind and around the character(s).

I look at the whole picture. I use my peripheral and notice everything. I listen carefully as if every story is based on truth. As I watch movies that are set in the 19th century I listen for modern day words or phrases. I look for gym shoes in western movies, that sorta thing.

To be honest, I have my tv in an entertainment center next to my desk and for the most part, I am online and use my tv for background noise and watch few shows in their entirety and unless a commercial comes on that catches my attention (such as something that has to do with  a current event or some sort of a show that seems to be entertaining and funny) and really makes me want to see it, I am not a really big tv viewer.

That's a good question!

I usually look at who is talking on the screen.

Sometimes my eye glances to the background to look around.  People spent hours making the set!  Why not look at it and see their work!

It's sortof different for me to watch TV: I only have one eye so I can't use my left (which is fake) to look at the person and my right to look at the background/scenery.

How do I watch TV:

Usually with a snack and slumped on the couch!
