How do you watch Taiwan channels in Canada?

My friends have taiwan channels and they won't tell me how to get it! they are so selfish! and they told me something about they can watch it on tv with this satellite and this generator and this code from the internet and you get to watch it all for free....they won't tell me clearly but thet's what i heard... HELP!

you need to contact shaw.ca and asked them to give you a cable! to be able to watch chinese channels, 229 is the chinese channel, they will come to your house and install it
