How do you watch on demand?

I am new to the whole time warner cable thing. My brother knows how to acess on demand but i never paid atention to what he did. I just need to know what buttons to press

Tune to the channel that offers the movie or movies.  On the channel with many movies scroll up and down with the arrows around the SELECT button.  Make a selection with those and press select button.  Follow the on screen instructions to select the movie.  Or tune to the channel with a single movie and press SELECT.

More instructions are usually found on some channel that shows how to use your digital cable box.  Usually they put those on channels 0, 100, 200 and so on but the name of the channel on the channel guide will indicate it is the channel to learn how to use the cable box.

Time Warner also has a web site that is listed on your bill that has all this information on it.
