How do you wax a surfboard?

buy a surf block from a surf hut/shop and do circular motions where you lay on the surf board i always see people trying to wax them standing up but do it laying the surf board on the sand its sooo much easier

Wax the areas where you will be standing. If you are waxing a clean board (w/ no wax), "draw" lines (cross hatching) with the edge of your bar of wax. Then with the flat surface of the wax, rub with circular motions over the cross hatching. This will give you some texture and the wax won't flake off as easily.

Buy surf wax from a local surf shop. If there isn't one close, a wax candle will work.  Rub the wax in a circular motion where you think that your feet are most likely to be.  It is always better to put too much on than not enough
