How do you wear eyeliner?

make an even line on the edge of your eyelid

put it on your lashlines.

thin lines for natural looks

thick lines for dramatic looks

and smudge it with a qtip or smudger for a smokey look

you can out it on the top and bottom lashlines

i do it lightly with a khol pencil liner on my lower water line, but you can do it on your lashlines too.

i dont recomend putting liquid eyeliner on the bottom though!

well first of all how old r u cuz hew doesnt know how 2 put eye liner on. oh and wat u need 2 do is pull down under ur eye and gently put it on the bottom of ur eye!!!! hope i helped!!!!
