  1. many people think that by putting the shinguard outside the skate protects your ankle better but i really dont think it matters, it depends on what is the most comfortable way to you

  2. I used to wear mine on the inside, but then my coach told me that it's better to wear them on the outside, bc you can get better knee bend, without putting so much pressure on your ankles. So, I tried it, and I really like it, and have been gearing up that way ever since.

  3. i like inside

  4. I wear mine on the inside. Always have. Much more comfortable and I get much better movement

  5. i like to wear mine on the inside but i put my sock on the outside of the tongue, you get the best of both like the comfurtable feeling of wearing them inside but the protection of getting shots to the ankles

  6. well if they dont fit very well (to big) put it on the outside untill they fit then put it in the inside if you perfer that.

  7. inside and with clear tape to keep the bottom of them in place so that they don't shift during play. increases stability tremendously, a big help considering how soft the ice is at my local rink. (then again it's +90F or +32C much of the year)

  8. definitly inside
