How do you wire 6 1.5volt bulbs to battery(9 volt)

  1. Jivo is incorrect, parallel would put too much voltage on the bulbs.

    If these are simple light bulbs, putting them in series would get you to 6 x 1.5 = 9 volts so that would work. Series means just that, connecting one end of one to the other end of the next one. I'll see if I can find a schematic on line.

    BUT if these are LEDs, that won't work, different rules apply.

  3. There are to ways to wire the six bolts to the battery. Either in serial or parallel. Because the bulbs have a capacity of 1.5V, parallel is recommendded here. It means that you have to connect all the negative poles of the bulb with the negative pole of the battery and all the positive poles with positive pole of the battery.
