    It's not too complicated, but, can get pricey when your ruining sterling silver wire practicing..  That particular one you showed a link to looks like they used a combination of 20 gauge and 24 gauge sterling wire. With wire, the smaller the gauge number, the larger the gauge. Sterling silver wire is sold in half hard and dead soft varieties. If you buy dead soft, it will be fairly easy to wrap, but, you'll still need a couple pairs of pliers for some parts of it. Half heard is a lot more difficult to bend and you'll need pliers to be able to twist it like that..

    Sterling silver wire runs about $15 for 5 feet of it in 20 gauge..
