This will not be easy at all but you can do it like judy said stand with confidence and say you wish her all the best.  You love her now but in time it will fade even if it doesn't seem that way now.  It isn't meant to be this time but you will meet someone fall in love with her and there will be no obstacle.  

Good luck it is never easy but you will get through it.

If you love someone its not healthy that you know the news of that person when they are with someone else. It would only hurt more.

When I got married I broke the hearts of two others, although I didn't mean it because I believe if we break a heart its like to break a mosque, One of the guys acted in the horrible and childish way and the other one told me God bless you both and the very best. I will always respect the guy that told me that, even though I knew his heart was broken and he would have married me in a heart beat.

Ive seen the people that try to remain friends in such circumstances, I sat with my broken hearted friends watching news feeds of walls when two of their mutual friends have got together or simply watching them fall in love with another person.

I'm so sorry that your heart is hurting but I know that what god plans for us in marriage is really worth the wait and its only then that we find out all the reasons why we didn't marry the others that loved us or us that loved them.

Allah (SWT) acts in mysterious ways sometimes....I mean that sometimes when we seem to be hurting the most he is doing us a great favor that is yet to be seen.....you yourself have no idea what the future would have been like with this woman, but Allah knows all things....Be smart--and be gentle with her...she may one day regret that she let you get away...and that, my friend, is the best revenge.

Trust in Allah that he has something better for you, then go out with your friends and keep yourself busy with pleasant things.
