  1. you need to contact the owner and ask for a release of bid hope fully they will accept


  2. You don't as far as I understand it. The fine print warns you that when you click the confirm button, you are entering into a contract. You are supposed to research an item prior to bidding.

  3. You have to ask the seller. Sometimes they'll be generous and do it.  I've had that happen.  However, I've also had them be a******s and refuse no matter what.  I then had to create a new account and outbid myself and never sign back in again.  I got reported but never had to pay it back.  It's the wrong thing to do, but this guy deserved it.  Maybe he learned to be nice, who knows.  Anyways, they should do it for you.
