i just got a new telephone and it wont talk i no thats a really stupid thing to say but its true! HELP ME!

  2. can u give more detail I mean do u want it talk  can u not hear it. maybe u can try the volume

  3. pick up the phone wait for a small noise that sounds like a buzz. dial the desired phone number and wait.  A few rings will sound and if there is another person at the house you are calling they will probably pick up and TALK to you.
