  1. Light itself does not have a temperature.

    However, it sometimes has a "color temperature", which is a certain distribution of colors that correspond to the radiation given off by a hot, glowing object.

    All objects that glow due to their own heat exhibit this same same behavior, called the 'blackbody' radiation profile.  As their temperature increases, they glow red, orange, yellow, white, blue, then violet.  Here's a chart that maps the temperature of the glowing object to the color we would see:

  2. using pyrometric thermometer ... in this there is musing of metals at diifent temps of light exposed on the thermometer
