How do you write 'happy birthday' in Bosnian?

This is for a friend who is Bosnian but happens to be an ethnic Serb.

I have found: srecan rodendan (with the vertical line on the d).

Srecan rodjendan, sretan rodendan and sretan rodjendan.

Which one corresponds to ethnic serbs?

  1. well everything's correct but i usually say: sretan rođendan or sretan ti rođendan .. :)

    SREĆAN ROĐENDAN ( СРЕЋАН РОЂЕНДАН )

    Serbs are using SREĆAN ( happy ), Bosnian and Croats use 'sretan'.

    You can also say SREĆAN TI ROĐENDAN ( СРЕЋАН ТИ РОЂЕНДАН )

    SREĆAN  happy

    TI   to you (sg.) VAM to you (pl.)

    ROĐENDAN birthday
