How do you write a procedural report?

For science we are learning about Reflection and refraction and we recently did a practical on it. We need to write a procedural report and i dnt know how. Even a website explaing would be good.

  1. Generally at school level a procedural section would be a step-by-step recount of what you did and how you did it. Usually it should be in 3rd person and past tense.

    e.g. "The angle of incidence was then measured using....." NOT "Then I measured the angle of incidence..."
