An experiment report require these steps:

1.Making plan: You write a summary about the experiment you are about to conduct, what will happen and your requirement (sometime it is essential that you report your experiment step by step, and make sure that it is SAFE)

2.What you see: write what you ACTUALLY see in the experiment, no matter how different they are form theory

3.Conclusion: from what you see, write your conclusion about the experiment, what make it different form what you predicted (ah, you should predict the result, too)

4.(optional) if your experiment have practical meanings, write something about them, too
