How do you write an AP English 11 Language and Composition essay?

okay so i need to learn how to write an essay for my AP English class and i really have no clue how to write an AP essay. i mean i know how to write an essay but not of AP standards. So if anyone has any ideas or knows how please please tell me!! i really need help im like freaking out i dont wanna fail AP English :(

Hey I'm writing one of those too! Mine's on the Odyssey and The Long Walk..

I'm just trying my best and taking my time. And I am making sure I've got it organized from weakest to strongest arguement of my thesis.

They are supposed to be teaching you that in Class.  Why don't you pay attention and take notes?  That way you will know what you are supposed to be doing for class.
