How do you write apartment numbers on online sites?

Recently, I moved to a dorm for college and have an apartment number. I'm fine with it, but I want to buy a movie online, the thing is, I don't know how to write the address. I've never had an apartment address before so could anyone help?

It confuses me a bit because my address is like this:

Name Name Apartments Apt. xxxx

xxxx West Name Lane

Phoenix, AZ 85021

Do I put the second line under 'Second Address' or... what? Help!

Yes, usually there are two address lines between the space for your name and the one for the City.  The second line is optional and is used if you have an apartment number or something.

Example:

Name Name

Address one - 555 Maple Ave.

Address two - Apt. 55

City - Everytown

State - AZ

Zip - 55555
