I want to zoom in on the part of a picture and move left or right.

  1. scroll in n out


  2. ill email you a video on how to do it,

  3. Click on the Event Pan/Crop icon on the video clip.  If you can't work it out from there using the Help instructions, google for "Vegas" and "Ken Burns Effect".
