How do remove mascara and eyeliner if you don't have removing liquid?And what is the age you think people should start wearing eye makeup?!!

Moisturiser would take it off but don't rub too hard as the skin around the eyes is delicate.

You can use soap and water, baby oil, I have even used vaseline. I think that high school is fine to start wearing eye make up. I snuck it in Middle School but now I realize I looked kind of dumb

For your skin tone, use only Vaseline. It is healthy and it removes majority of makeup. Simply put the Vaseline on again and it should all disappear. It also moisturizes your face. I do this everytime I wear makeup for the day......I would say 15. Good luck.

i usually just use some water and a little bit of cleanser, but make sure it doesn't get in your eyes. that will be very painful. i didn't start wearing makeup until high school.

I started wearing eyeliner at 12. My stepdaugher wears waterproof mascara and eyeliner and removes it with a little dab of Vaseline on a wash cloth each night. She rubs it across each eye and it takes it off great.

you can remove mascara and eyeliner with warm water but it takes long, i use oil-free eye makeup remover by Neutrogena and it works very well it's very fast and easy. I think people should start wearing make up at the age of 14.

If you are using waterproof mascara, then get a makeup remover - it doesn't have to be expensive.  There are even makeup remover face wipes to make it really easy.  Never use vaseline on your eyes.  If you are not using waterproof makeup, then your face wash should do it.

it's easy to buy the liquid eye remover, otherwise water will work just fine for some products. i'm in the sixth grade and i where eyeliner, mascara, and water-liners. so you can start at eleven. but i'm goth, so it requires a heavy look.

using baby oil or olive oil or lotion will get it all off. i started wearing eyeliner at about 12 or 13....but now (14-15) i think it's cool to play up the color and really go all the way by accenting them and wear various colors of eyeshadow.
