You can't. If the person is a registered s*x offender and has served his/her time, then he or she is allowed to live in areas in which they aren't restricted. For instance, some may be restricted from living close to or working in areas where you would typically find lots of children (i.e. an elementery school).

You can't.....but you can see if they are properly registered and are living away from certain areas according to state law(parks,schools,bus stops..ect)....just keep in mind that people can be arrested for harassing or damaging their property...not to mention they could sue. The best thing you can do is make the children in the area aware of their presence.

You cannot.  The s*x offender notification laws and registration is intended to make you aware of the presence of a s*x offender in your area, but not to punish or encourage vigilante justice.  Using information that is available online through s*x offender notification websites to harrass or intimidate a registered s*x offender is illegal and you could end up finding yourself in trouble with the law.

The child molester should have passed out a flier to everyone in your neighborhood and if you had a objection then you should have spoke up then. You cant remove one that already lives there.

I don't think there is a legal way to make it happen.  There are of course many illegal things that can be done, but I wouldn't recommend doing any thing like that unless you were willing to go to jail.
