How do yu rotate and like dit yur pictures on paint?

I know oen my sisters friends does it on paint. Shell upload the pics and then bring up paint and then shell crop, edit, rotate.. Watever. i know yu can press liek Ctrl F.. Idk cuz i tried it and it didnt work. but yu liek do bla 50 and 50.. and it resizes it.. idk..

if yu know wat im talkign about.. answers wud help..

Don't use PAINT. Get IRFANVIEW. It's free and easy and much better.

right click it, flip/rotate, then choose what you want.

you can rotate by right clicking image after selecting all crtl+s,

or from menu image> flip/rotate "Ctrl+R" with options,
