I'm assuming you mean "2+2=fish". It's an opinion about how much kids are learning in school. Many older adults will say that's what kids are learning in school now, instead of important things.

get a pen and draw a number 2, then draw a line from the beginning of the 2 and go in a diagonal lineto the end of the line at the bottom of the two turn the picture on its side and you have a fish!
