How does 'keeper' in Yahoo Sports Fantasy Football actually works?

Read the descriptions on it, but can't quite figure it out. Is it like the regular keeper league or is it different?

It looks like it's similar to ESPN keepers where players are assigned to teams during the draft. For exmaple, say you keep Brady, Addai, and TO. The commish assigns those players to your team and they become your first 3 draft "picks". Then the regular draft kicks in  to fill out the rest of your roster.

It's like a regular keeper league.
