How does Action Replay work for DS games? PLEASE HELP!?

I have a Nintendo DS and an action Replay cheat pack. I know how to do cheats for gameboy games (i have done many! )but not DS games. After you turn on and get the 'not sponsored or endorsed by nintendo' message I have 2 options- Gameboy Advance or Max Drive DS. After selecting Max Drive DS I have to select a profile and then i have some odd options. The cheat pack is in the GBA slot and it has a gba game in the pack otherwise i can't get onto it anyway. I need cheats for Pokemon Diamond by the way but that's not the problem. The DS game is in tis normal slot. What do I do?

Action Replay only work 4 the system u by it 4 i have 1 4 gba & Nintendo DS

I think that it may be possible you have the specifically designed Action Replay device for Gameboy Advance, if it can fit in the Gameboy game slot! I have something called "Action Replay DS" and it fits in the Nintendo ds game cart slot, not the gameboy game slot at the front.

The fact that Action Replay has a specialist Nintendo Ds version of Action Replay also implies that they would not have one for Gameboy Advance AND nintendo ds, because it stops them getting extra money!

If you are in the UK you can get a "Action Replay DS" from a online games specialist with free delivery called "PLAY.com" for only fifteen pounds (trust me, its worth it if you like cheating on stuff ;)). It works, I've got one!
