How has the absence of Adrenaline affected the human race. For millions of years we have always lived under threat from our environment. Today most people have never known a true adrenaline rush as can be associated with the the scenario that would produce a Rebel YELL!

adrenaline can also be called epinephrine

it not only helps us run (i think its sometime called the "Fight or Flight hormone"), but it helps in glycogen breakdown in the liver. This is a whole different story though, and its really boring and complicated.

But its released from adrenal glands, blah blah, its a lot more boring than it seems. But to get some good epinephrine flowing, just do something exciting. like a bungy jump or something, thats sure to get it.
